Purpose

This program underpins the full spectrum of the Society’s operations by providing the underlying information and enabling IT infrastructure that supports ‘back office’ and user-facing services that are relied upon by Activities with Impact, Effective Communications, and Membership Engagement. Its current focus is on enhancing the resilience and quality of the Society’s operations, refining and developing the back office system to improve outcomes, productivity, and cost efficiency, and ensuring that financial and human resource allocation are planned to meet requirements.
