The Royal Society of NSW was delighted to learn that Professor Sami Kara FRSN FCIRP FACATECH of the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at UNSW Sydney has just been appointed as President of CIRP — The International Academy for Production Engineering.
The International Academy for Production Engineering is a global community dedicated to advancing excellence and innovation in production engineering. Through world-class research, collaboration, knowledge exchange, and engagement with industry and academia, CIRP brings together leading experts and emerging professionals to address the challenges shaping the future of manufacturing.
The Council of the Society extends its warm congratulations to Professor Kara on his appointment as President of CIRP.
